01. This Promotion is only open to UK residents aged 16 or over.
02. This Promotion is a free prize draw. No purchase or fee is necessary in order to enter this Promotion.
03. To enter the Promotion simply complete the Samsung Fun Club registration form at www.samsungmobile.co.uk or enter your Samsung Fun Club username and password in the competition area also at www.samsungmobile.co.uk
04. The Promotion begins on Monday, 17th March 2008 ("the Starting Date") and ends on Monday, 31 March 2008 ("the Closing Date").
05. To take part you must find the Easter egg hidden somewhere in the Samsung Fun Club website (www.samsungmobile.co.uk). You must double click on the Easter egg to show that you have located it. If you find the Easter egg hidden on the website on any one day then you will be entered into the free prize draw for that day. Each daily game shall commence at 12.00 midnight and end at 11.59pm on the relevant day. Entries must be received by 11.59pm on the relevant day.
06. There will be one free prize draw in respect of each day of the Promotion (meaning between the Starting Date and the Closing Date inclusive). The winner will be the entrant drawn at random out of the successful entrants who found all the Easter eggs on that day.
07. Each free prize draw is separate. Persons may take part on all or any of the days of the Promotion. Only one entry per person per day.
08. Maximum of one prize per person and per household under this Promotion. Entrants from the same home address may not win more than once. In the event that an entrant from the same household as a previous winner is drawn as a winner then the subsequent member of the household drawn shall be disqualified and another entrant will be randomly drawn from the successful entrants who found all the Easter eggs on that day.
09. Employees or agents of the Promoter, or their families or households or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion are not eligible to enter this Promotion.
10. The total prize fund for this Promotion is 3 x Giorgio Armani Samsung Phones, 2 xSamsung miCoach phones, 1 U600, 1 x Samsung Solid, 3 x Samsung Soul's, 3 x Samsung J700's and 2 x Samsung U600's. Each winner will each receive as a prize one of Samsung mobile phones listed above. The specific mobile phone that they receive will be determined by random selection conducted by the Promoter out of the above mobile phones which have not already been allocated as prizes for previous winners. Prizes are subject to their own terms and conditions. The mobile phones are SIM free and network connection and line rental are the responsibility of the winner.
11. Each daily prize draw will take place within 2 days of the relevant day.
12. The Promoter will endeavour to contact winners by email within 4 days of the relevant prize draw.
13. Winners must confirm receipt of the email they receive from the Promoter informing them that they are a winner by sending a reply by email (either confirming their address or giving an alternative address for posting in the UK) to the same Samsung email address within 2 days of receipt or such later date as is notified to them by the Promoter.
14. In the event that a winner does not respond to the Promoter in the manner set out in 13 above, then the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify such winner and randomly select by computer a replacement winner from the relevant entries for that day. In such circumstances, the replacement winner shall be contacted by the Promoter by email as soon as reasonably practicable and shall be required to respond to the Promoter in the manner set out in such email. In the event that the replacement winner fails to respond to the Promoter as required then the provisions of this clause shall apply to that new winner in the same way as if they were an original winner.
15. The prizes will be dispatched via recorded postal delivery to the addresses of the respective winners. The Promoter will endeavour to deliver the prizes within two weeks of a winner confirming their address.
16. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
17. In the event of any prizes being unavailable Samsung reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of similar value.
18. The names and county/town of residence of the winners will be announced on the Samsung Fun Club website on or before the 30th April 2008 and will also be available from 1st May 2008 by sending a written request and SAE to Easter Egg Hunt, Samsung Mobile, Samsung Electronics (UK) Ltd, Samsung House, 1000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey, Surrey KT16 0PS. By entering entrants consent to the publication of their name and county/town of residence. The Promoter, acting reasonably, retains the right to delay the timings of this Promotion, including the timings of the prize draws, the timings of notifications and the timings of the publication of the winners.
19. The decision of the Promoter is final and the Promoter shall not enter into any correspondence about the result. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, misdirected, illegible, late, mutilated or altered.
20. The Promoter shall not be liable for any disruption to the Promotion, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond its reasonable control. In the event of any disruption to the Promotion the Promoter shall use its reasonable endeavours to remedy the disruption and resume the Promotion on a fair and equitable basis to the entrants.
21. By entering this promotion you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of the terms and conditions may, at Samsung's absolute discretion, result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.
22. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require such further verification as to the identity, age and other relevant details of a winner before sending to them any prize.
23. Instructions form part of the Terms and Conditions.
24. This promotion is subject to English law.
